The BEING BWS Series shaking water baths are designed for applications that require samples to be incubated in a controlled environment and that demand precise and reliable shaking speed and temperature. Some of the applications for the shaking water bath include bacteria cultivation, molecular biology assays, fermentation, hybridization, chemical and biochemical reaction, enzymes and tissues research.
The intelligent controller has a bright, easy-to-understand LCD that shows the bath’s parameters on a single screen, the pushbuttons allow quick temperature and time setting, and the knob adjusts the shaking speed between 30 to 180 (OPM) oscillations per minute. Shaking and temperature are independently controlled so that the unit can act like a simple water bath.
The controller simplifies complicated testing procedures by creating up to 7 multistep programs with 9 steps each, and time can be programmed from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes.
The BEING BWS Series shaking water baths include:
- a two-tier, flexible crossed spring wire rack platform — made of stainless steel — ideal for holding a wide variety of tubes, flasks, and other glassware at low oscillating speeds,
- a corrosion-resistant stainless steel bath chamber and heater for maintenance-free operation,
- a stainless steel bottom plate prevents direct contact by accessories and tubes with the heating element and sensors,
- a drain valve to quickly and easily empty the bath chamber,
- rounded chamber corners for easy cleaning, and
- a variety of safety features, including over current and overload protection, auto start, to name a few.
The BEING BWS Series shaking water baths are designed, manufactured, and tested to the DIN 12880-2007 standard. They are available in 33L and 47L capacities with a 30mm amplitude and a temperature range from Ambient + 5°C to 99°C and come with a 2-year warranty.
